Excellent response time, with updates by text. Perfect done in replacing a kitchen door handle and fittings, which had been jammed for a couple of days after the bolt shattered. Extra bit of oiling also carried out on a couple of other door locks. 10% off as Senior Citizen. Just £58. Highly recommended.

I Will Be Calling Him First If I Need A Locksmith

This business can be treacherous when it comes to letting a reviews.  I have a couple of bad reviews that have been put on google by another Locksmith (ALS) which is disappointing but at least there are nice people out there happy to leave me a kind review for all the hard work that I put in , and those reviews shine through.  Below is a recent review I received:

 

Dougie was a superstar today! Came home at 14:30 to find myself locked out. Finally gave up trying to get into the house myself. Phoned Dougie at ACQ and less than 30 minutes later I was back in my house, thanks to Dougie. He was very friendly and I will be calling him first if I need a locksmith. Cheers Dougie!

Polite, Honest, Punctual And Most Of All, Professional

Dougie, is polite, honest, punctual and most of all, professional. For me, he fitted a number of expensive locks cleaning up after himself, as he went – everything works perfectly. Unlike most like services I have encountered, Dougie does not charge for “call outs” and will give you a “no frills” price for the job, which he will keep to even if he spends longer at it. I highly recommend him.
